It was a well-kept hotel in a great area, just next door to the metro station, the most beautiful places to visit in 3 days and the main centre which was like 30-45 minutes away from the guesthouse. Incredible and lovely location - only a short distance to everywhere we needed.

The property was nicely decorated and we had a wonderful stay. The rooms were all reasonably large and huge with private bathroom on the hallway. The hotel was in a great and lovely location, close to the metro. Overall the service was helpful. Could leave our car nearby.

The breakfast is amazing with home-made jams and cakes, for example, there’s an option for each taste. The rooms are stylish and huge with treats for evening tea as well as independent bathroom. The location is marvellous and fantastic, 10 minutes' walk to Parc Eduardo Vii.

Overall had perfect 10/10 stay on vacation. Location - it was magnificent and fantastic, a bus stop was close to the hotel. The main shopping centre and a supermarket were right next door. The most important was the staff - caring and cooperative people.

We didn't have time, so that's why we will certainly stay here again. Hospitable staff and excellent location to all tourist attractions in 10-15 minutes max, everything was good. The service was helpful with parking nearby.

The breakfast was amazing with homemade jam, the best I had in Lisbon. It was in a great location minutes away from Liberdade.

Everything was good, EXCELLENT location short walk to Lisbon and the surrounding country, the center of the new part of the city and the Metro/bus station, hospitable staff. No complaints whatsoever, we liked this accommodation and do recommend.

Our room was huge and elegant provided with private bathroom on the hallway, AC, for instance. The staff were accommodating and excellent co-operating and check-in was quick. In general the service was helpful. Furthermore, the parking was nearby and convenient.

The hotel staff was quite rude.

We had a wonderful stay at Magnolia Guesthouse. The location was incredibly central, making it easy for us to explore the city. The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We also appreciated the option of a private bathroom, even though it was external. The building felt safe and secure, which was a big plus for us. We also enjoyed the simple breakfast provided, it was a nice way to start our day. we had a great experience at Magnolia Guesthouse and would recommend it as a place to stay in Lisbon.

Paid parking and amazing breakfast for everyday especially the homemade jam. Nice room with independent bathroom, all necessities and comfortable beds.

I had a great experience staying at Magnolia Guesthouse. The communication with the host was excellent and they provided helpful advice on restaurants and tours. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated with a comfortable four-poster bed. The breakfast provided was satisfying and set me up for the day. The cleanliness of both the room and the breakfast area was impeccable. I would totally recommend Magnolia Guesthouse for its pleasant surprises and the attentive homeowner.
